Job Description:

Wiser is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated analyst to join our Data Analytics and Operations team. This Implementation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a world-class implementation experience. A primary focus will be data analysis to drive high quality product matching leveraging our in-house Matching Service and Data Science algorithms.

This individual will work closely with the Customer Success team, Data Analytics and Data Science teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed our customer’s needs.


  • Apply data analysis to large data sets to drive actionable results.
  • Lead the implementation and set-up of high quality matching services for new customers.
  • Communicate timelines and then meet or exceed those timelines.
  • Collaborate with teams in customer success, data analytics and data science.
  • Create and deliver reporting to satisfy customer specific requirements and needs.
  • Maintain regular and reliable work attendance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong technical aptitude: high proficiency with web-based systems and MS office, SQL, basic knowledge of R or Python and desire to learn (Proficiency will set you apart)
  • Familiarity and interest in data science concepts: natural language processing, clustering, similarity scoring, etc.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
